Tenuta Farinella, with its wonderful Mediterranean garden framed by century-old olive trees and by the Salento countryside, covers an area of over 10 thousand square meters. At its center there are the large swimming pool with solarium and a patio furnished with comfortable armchairs and deck chairs. To organize dinners with friends and family you will also find a barbecue. The outdoor area is also equipped with a comfortable outdoor shower.

Tenuta Farinella consists of 3 ancient Apulian rural houses, completely independent, skilfully renovated with contemporary elements. The furniture is simple and refined. There are also private parking spaces available for guests.
The main house consists of a living room with sitting area and dining room, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen equipped with oven and dishwasher. A hallway leads to the sleeping area where there are 3 bright double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
The second house is located near the pool. It is a nice independent one-room apartment consisting of 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Finally, the third house consists of a living area with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a double room with bunk beds and a comfortable bathroom with shower.

The nearest beaches are those of Baia Verde of Gallipoli while Casarano, a charming Salento town, is just 4 km away.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations up to 30 days from the arrival date, 30% of the total amount is required.
For cancellations between 29 and 15 days before arrival, 70% of the total amount is required.
For cancellations less than 15 days before arrival 100% of the total amount is required.
Check in is possible after 4.00 p.m. while the check out is required within 10.00 a.m.

The only reason for not giving the 5 stars was that the kitchen (and especially the dish washer) is a bit small for large groups. The pool is fantastic, with salt water instead of chlorine, which was perfect for the kids. The owner is very nice and helpful. I would recommend the place
Villa was great, in a quiet and remote location, ideal for a big family or group of families with kids. House owner was also very kind and generous, offered us goodies from his garden as well as locally made wine and olive oil. Please note, this property is actually run by a third party agency therefore any extra, such as internet, high chairs and baby cots, are charged separately to the normal booking fee. In addition, communication after booking and pre arrival was somehow chaotic, having to deal with different people, which led to a misunderstanding with the costs involved with an extra service offered. Instead of offering an apologies or at least acknowledging the fact that there was a misunderstanding, they decided to retained our money to cover for the service in question, which was meant to pay for our mid week cleaning. This little problem did not impact too much our stay and we'd reccommend the villa for a great holiday.
We had a wonderful stay in Casarano, villa and grounds were beautiful and well kept. Staff were friendly and efficient, would highly recommend.
