Description
Villa Ananda is a modern luxury villa with a swimming pool, ideal for spending a relaxing and funny holiday in Puglia, immersed in the quiet of a wonderful olive grove, just a few minutes from the sea of Torre Guaceto and its heavenly golden beaches.
The villa is located a few minutes drive from the famous art cities and medieval villages of Ostuni, Cisternino and Ceglie Messapica, places also renowned for their food and wine tradition. On request, it is possible to organize excursions in the countryside, by bicycle or by train, lessons at a sailing school, diving and scuba diving courses.
The villa is a luxury holiday home with a minimal design and consists of 2 modern independent apartments complete with the most modern accessories (air conditioning, wi-fi internet, decoder and satellite, washing machine, dishwasher, alarm, stereo, electric and microwave oven).
The first house opens onto a covered veranda, furnished with a lovely dining room suitable for al fresco lunches during the hottest hours of summer, a living room with lounge, sofa and TV, and a well-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 triple bedroom with bunk bed, served by a bathroom with shower.
The second holiday home, also introduced by a covered veranda and large windows, opens with a living room with a modern and colorful kitchen and the sitting room. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin bedroom which can be transformed into a double if necessary, and served by a bathroom with shower.
Both houses are equipped with heating and are protected by grates on doors and windows.
Outside, the swimming pool is equipped with a solarium area overlooking the olive trees, 2 equipped verandas furnished with sitting areas, masonry table, chairs and seating made of stone where you can dine al fresco. Do not miss the perfect barbecue for your precious moments with friends.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
For cancellations up to 30 days from the arrival date, 30% of the total amount is required.
For cancellations between 29 and 15 days before arrival, 70% of the total amount is required.
For cancellations less than 15 days before arrival 100% of the total amount is required.
A magnificent quiet villa in a pretty wooded park! We appreciated the layout and the cleanliness of the house, the interior equipment and the decoration are neat, all the elements necessary for a good stay are present.
Finally, the outdoor spaces and the large swimming pool allowed us to enjoy the sun in a splendid setting.
We highly recommend and will be back!
