Description
Villa Stylish is a brand new charming home with a heated swimming pool immersed in the quiet of the Apulian countryside, perfect for hosting up to 10 people.
An automatic gate leads to the large property. Immediately on the left is the dependance, an ancient rural stone building, completely renovated, furnished with 1 double bed and en suite shower bathroom.
The tree-lined avenue leads to the villa which is spread over two floors joined by external stairs. The ground floor of the villa opens on a large open space with the living room with suspended fireplace, the modern kitchen with island and windows overlooking the pool. Three steps lead to the sleeping area, consisting of 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms with en suite shower bathroom, 1 twin bedroom with private shower bathroom. A storage room with laundry completes the ground floor.
The external stairs lead to the lower floor, where a small courtyard leads to the last bedroom, 1 double bedroom with en suite shower bathroom.
The pool area is the jewel of the villa. The infinity pool, heated when necessary, is surrounded by sun loungers and flanked by a lounge with stone benches around a brazier for unforgettable bonfires under the starry sky of Puglia.
The house is also equipped with underfloor heating except for the lamia which has heating with a heat pump.
The villa is located in the green countryside between Ostuni, Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Cisternino. In all the nearest towns you will find all the main services, historic centers that are worth visiting, restaurants and typical taverns.
