Description
Tenuta Salende, located in the countryside of Ostuni, is a charming residence that consists of trulli and lamias and built like a very small ancient village with a large garden and swimming pool. It can accommodate up to 13 people in 4 bedrooms.
The complex consists of 5 units: 2 lamias and 3 trulli, as well as the patio overlooking the pool where you can have lunch.
The first lamia houses the built-in kitchenette, decorated with handcrafted ceramics, a dining area, and is equipped with the most modern accessories. There is also a sitting room with a wooden roof, furnished with sofas and TV.
The sleeping area of Tenuta Salende consists of 4 bedrooms: 1 double with en suite bathroom, 1 triple (located in a trullo) consisting of two rooms, one with a French sofa bed and one with a double bed and 2 quadruple ( located in lamie) consisting of two rooms, one with a double bed and one with a double sofa bed.
All rooms have an independent entrance, super-equipped and with en suite bathroom with shower and modern design.
The ancient stones, enhanced by careful restoration, are in total harmony with nature and with the minimalist furnishings.
The colors that recall the nature of Puglia, the precious materials, the well-kept vegetable garden available to guests, the luxuriant grove where you can walk, make this estate a magical place.
Tenuta Salende is located in the Itria Valley, in the countryside between Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Ostuni called the "White City". In addition to the beautiful historic centers
there are numerous typical places where you can taste the excellent food and wine tradition of the area. The closest beaches are on the coast of Ostuni, awarded with the Blue Flag.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
For cancellations up to 30 days from the arrival date, 30% of the total amount is required.
For cancellations between 29 and 15 days before arrival, 70% of the total amount is required.
For cancellations less than 15 days before arrival 100% of the total amount is required.
Check in is possible after 16.00 while check out is required by 10.00

Everything was wonderful. The property is huge with ample space. The rooms are all comfortable and have recently been remodeled, so good furniture, beds, ac, internet and overall amenities. The pool area is wonderful and spacious. The owners helped us with local suggestions (restaurants, beaches and places to see). They also organized a chef to come to the house one evening and cook for us a local menu. Everything was wonderful. We highly recommend this place and we will be sending people there.
Our holidays with Isula were beyond expectations! The Tenuta we rented was magnificent and the contact with the Isula employees was very helpful.
It was our first time using IsulaTravel. They helped with recommendations and were very easy to contact. The villa was great. It's more than suited our needs. Would not hesitate to book through them again
