Description
Villa Angelica is a wonderful holiday villa near Pescoluse, also known as the Maldives of Salento for the crystalline beauty of its sea.
The villa has a beautiful swimming pool with hydromassage and equipped with sun loungers, a garden with barbecue for outdoor dining, and large relaxation areas on the lawn and in the shade of centuries-old olive trees.
The villa can accommodate up to 12 people and it is particularly suitable for groups of friends or families and even pets are welcome.
Villa Angelica is composed of two pajare, which retain all the charm and history of the ancient peasant dwellings of Puglia, and a main body.
In the first pajara there is a living room with TV, equipped kitchen and double bedroom with en suite bathroom. In the second pajara there is a second double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Both lead to the terrace above which offers relaxation areas for sunbathing.
In the main building, however, there is a living room with equipped kitchen, TV and fireplace.
The sleeping area includes 3 bedrooms: a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a quadruple bedroom with two bunk beds and en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom.
Finally, the villa offers air conditioning, internet, two washing machines, dishwashers, parking, satellite decoder, alarm system and private security.

For cancellations up to 30 days from the arrival date, 30% of the total amount is required.
For cancellations between 29 and 15 days before arrival, 70% of the total amount is required.
For cancellations less than 15 days before arrival 100% of the total amount is required.

It has an infinity pool with incredible sea views! The garden is large and well-kept with many different plants and trees. It also has many special corners to relax or have an aperitif!
The house is comfortable and well equipped!

Bellissimo posto, quiete più assoluta nella campagna salentina. Il giardino è curatissimo con piante e alberi di tutti i tipi.
