Villa Charme is an exclusive residence with a contemporary design, with swimming pool and sea view in the lower Itria Valley.
Villa Charme is a holiday villa in Puglia designed for absolute relaxation and comfort of guests and for this reason it is located in the relaxing Apulian countryside and a few steps from the naturalistic oasis of Torre Guaceto and the first town.
This villa sleeps up to 7 people and is equipped with air conditioning, internet, tv, washing machine, dishwasher, alarm system, satellite dish and barbecue.
The surrounding environment is characterized by a wonderful olive grove with a relaxing view of the countryside and the sea. The elevated position ensures coolness even during the warmer summer months.
The house was built with the aim of giving a breathtaking view and unforgettable moments. The large windows offer a magnificent panoramic view of the Adriatic coast.
The main entrance of the villa opens onto a comfortable living/open space with an American-style kitchenette. A hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 2 double bedrooms that share 1 bathroom/ shower, and 1 double bedroom with panoramic views, window wall and bathroom/ shower en suite.

For cancellations between 29 and 15 days before arrival, 70% of the total amount is required.

Beautiful villa with a wonderful pool. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful views. Unfortunately the local beaches and local roads are so badly littered with rubbish that it took away from the holiday. It is a pity that the locals don’t look after their neighbourhood more. With this in mind we don’t plan to return to Italy for quite some time….
