For cancellations up to 30 days from the arrival date, 30% of the total amount is required.
For cancellations between 29 and 15 days before arrival, 70% of the total amount is required.
For cancellations less than 15 days before arrival 100% of the total amount is required.
Check in is possible after 4.00 p.m. while the check out is required within 10.00 a.m.

Villa stupenda, pulita e super accessoriata. Arredata con eleganza e armonia, non cambierei nulla. L`accoglienza, la gentilezza e la cordialità da parte dei proprietari ci ha fatti sentire fin dal primo giorno come a casa.

The property is well kept and the owners are extremely nice and very helpful - easily available. The surroundings were quiet and despite being not far from the city centre, very peaceful. The outdoor is elegant and the swimming pool (albeit small) a plus in the hot days. We had a wonderful stay and would rent the property again
