Villa Ionia is located on the hill that descends from Morciano di Leuca towards the Ionian Sea. It is located less than 500 meters from the sea of Torre Vado, a small tourist resort where all the main tourist services are present. The center of Morciano is just 3 km away.

At about 7 km there is Santa Maria di Leuca with the sanctuary, the lighthouse, the beautiful eclectic villas on the seafront, the tourist port and the caves on the sea. The famous beaches of Marina di Pescoluse are also very close, just 3 km from the villa.
