Description
Villa Laura is a newly built property, just completed and equipped with all the comforts, that harmoniously combines tradition and modernity.
The villa is immersed in the peaceful countryside of Noto, the renowned UNESCO heritage city which is about 30 minutes away by car.
The villa consists of a bright living area with a well-equipped open kitchen with an island that houses the hob.
The sleeping area, however, consists of 2 double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with shower. The two bedrooms are communicating but equipped, at the same time, with an independent entrance that opens directly onto the veranda which houses a barbecue and outdoor dining area and which gives direct access to the swimming pool.
The villa is surrounded by approximately 3500sqm of land, partly barren, with carob trees and traditional stone walls deliberately left in their original condition.
All this gives life to an original and very suggestive location that will give the guest the feeling of being catapulted into another era.
An electric charging station is available for guests. Consumption: 0.40 €/kWh

For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

The house and location were perfect for the need of my family. The beds are very comfy, the kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom cleans and modern. Good communications with the host. An overall very pleasant experience.
Ein wunderbarer Ort zum ausspannen. Auto erforderlich da abgeschieden. Haus und Einrichtung Top. Pool super.
Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne Tage in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und lädt zu ein paar ruhigen Tagen ein. Von hieraus kann man die Umgebung sehr gut erkunden. Sowohl Noto als auch Siracusa sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Wir haben nichts auszusetzen und kommen gerne wieder!
Sehr schöne Unterkunft in der Natur. Leider waren bei uns im Mai die Böden feucht.
