Villa Leccisu is located on an area that extends up to 16,000 square meters, within which there is a two-level cascade pool (17m x 4.5m) facing the sea. All the rooms of Villa Leccisu are large and bright, overlooking the swimming pool thanks to wonderful sliding glass walls. Each space of the house is in perfect harmony with the architecture and nature that surrounds it. The living area consists of a very large open space with equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. On the mezzanine floor there are two of the four double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower and double sink. On the lower floor, two other double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. All interiors are made of high quality materials.

Superb villa with an astonishing overflowing swimming pool in a stupendous setting. The view from the rooftop is just wonderful. Very well equipped with all rooms in a ‘suite’ setup (dedicated bathroom), tv in all rooms (though signal was bad on some), a super well equipped kitchen (American fridge, wine cellar, Miele dishwasher), an embedded sound system in the whole house, including by the poolside, the bbq place or on the rooftop (though some speaker were not working properly), electric shades and mosquito screens everywhere, and, for the cleaning freaks, a brand new Dyson vacuum cleaner. We felt very well welcomed by Maria, that was waiting for us there to explain everything. The only drawbacks that made us hesitating between 4 and 5 stars are the humidity downstairs (bathroom were still not dried 24 hrs after a shower, and there was a bit of a smell) - minor problem - and most of all the very isolated location. The house is reached by a very muddy and rocky path and is basically in the middle of nowhere. Approximately 25 min away from the cool beach clubs in Porto Cesareo, 50 from Galipoli and maybe 15 min by car from the first grocery store. Not a big problem but be ready to use the car a lot. A slightly better location would have easily granted a 5th star to this very nice villa, that I would definitely recommend.
