Description
Villa Prestige is a splendid luxury villa with private swimming pool located in the countryside of Alezio, a few minutes from Gallipoli, its nightlife and the beaches of Baia Verde.
The villa is spread over two levels plus an outbuilding and can accommodate up to 10 people.
A large living room with characteristic vaulted ceilings welcomes you inside the villa, with lounge and dining room in elegant and refined spaces. Next to the dining room is the well-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area in the main building consists of 4 double bedrooms, all with en suite bathroom with shower.
The annex in the garden is a completely independent structure featuring its own well-equipped kitchen, 1 complete bathroom with shower and a fifth double bedroom.
The estate has large outdoor spaces where you can spend days of absolute relaxation, by the pool and in the cool of the gazebo furnished with an outdoor lounge.
By the pool there is a small house used as a laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board, a small fridge and a bathroom with sink and toilet.
