Description
Villa Rosa is a charming property with a salt water pool and is very close to the beaches of Ugento. It is the perfect solution to spend your holidays in Puglia, on the sea of Salento, pampered by all comforts. The villa can accommodate up to 12 people.
Inspired by the style of the ancient farms, Villa Rosa is embellished with furnishing elements that are the result of such accurate restoration work that past and present manage to coexist in a superb way.
The charm of a salt pool, the solarium furnished with armchairs and loungers overlooking the olive grove, the covered veranda that offers shelter and coolness during outdoor lunches and dinners, brick barbecue: every outdoor corner is designed for the pleasure and relaxation of guests.
The interiors are characterized by soft colors while the furniture presents elements typical of the Salento culture. The entrance to the villa is a large open space with a dining room, a living room with a TV corner and a beautiful well-equipped open kitchen.
Two corridors lead to the bedrooms, arranged on both sides of the villa. On one side there are 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with a French bed, both with en suite bathrooms; on the other there are 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a shower in the room, both served by a bathroom. Through a staircase you can reach the dependance consisting of a kitchen-living room, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a small and private outdoor area furnished with a table and chairs.
The villa is only 2 kilometers from Ugento, 8 kilometers from Torre San Giovanni and its beautiful sandy beaches. Also nearby are the beaches of Lido Marini (16 kilometers) and Gallipoli with the Baia Verde just 20 kilometers away.

For cancellations up to 30 days from the arrival date, 30% of the total amount is required.
For cancellations between 29 and 15 days before arrival, 70% of the total amount is required.
For cancellations less than 15 days before arrival 100% of the total amount is required.
